About Me

I am a Postdoctoral Scholar at Ohio State University and a candidate on the 2025–2026 job market. As an applied microeconomist, my research spans health and labor economics, focusing on how policy, social status, and economic shocks shape health outcomes. 

I bring extensive teaching experience, having designed and led large-enrollment courses and mentored undergraduate and graduate students. I am committed to connecting theory with real-world application and fostering engaging, enriching learning environments. 

In May 2023, I earned a Ph.D. in Economics from Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University . I also have a M.A. degree in Economics from the University of  Tennessee-Knoxville and a B.B.A. in Economics at Mississippi State University.
